The fully furnished family tent in the jungle measures 8x4 meters.
It's located at 2 kilometers from the centre of Paquera village. And at only 20 minutes hiking from a secluded beach.
The tent has:
1 double bed with fan and mosquito net,
2 single beds with fans and mosquito nets,
lights/electricity,
mini fridge
bedside tables, luggage table, dresser,
armchairs,
patio with chairs and table, hammock
an outdoor kitchen with:
coffee maker,
kettle,
glasses, plates, cutlery,
gas stove and pans,
there's a barbecue and a place for a bonfire,
the shared outdoor ecological toilets, sinks and bamboo showers are located at 25 meters from the tent.
Wilma is originally from the Netherlands. She's married to Franco, a real tico (as they call the costaricans). Together they live in a beautiful place full of nature that they definitely wanna share with their guests! Waking up with the sound of the howler monkeys. Birds everywhere. Immerse yourself in nature!
And their son Krislay does the bioluminescent/night kayakking tour. A really amazing experience that you don't wanna miss! It's a small family bussiness where the hosts are working very hard to give you an unforgettable experience.
At just 2 kilometers from the tent you'll find the centre of Paquera. It's a little authentic village where you'll find some restaurants, a few supermarkets, a bakery, a bar and more.
The Family Jungle Tent is located in a very natural area, not far from the beach. It takes only 20 minutes to cross a plantain farm, a river and a mangrove area to reach the beautiful hidden beach.
The hosts can arrange a boat tour to the famous Tortuga Island. And you can do the night kayaking tour in the bioluminescent bay of Paquera.
Curú Nature Reserve is located at only 7 kilometers, playa Muertos at 14 kilometers, the Montezuma Waterfall at 36 kilometers and Santa Teresa surf beach at 48 kilometers.
It's a nice place to discover the surroundings. But also to just relax and enjoy nature. And to open your own coconut! In the dry season you can enjoy a nice bonfire in the evening. In the rainy season it's the experience of the rainforest!
