After purchasing this standard Costa Rican house we only did some cosmetic repairs. replaced appliances and furniture. Most of the local people lives in houses like this
Located on the 1-hectare property, so you will enjoy your quiet stay.
Staying here, you will wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of nature - ocean, birds singing, insects, and monkeys. If you're careful and lucky, you can see macao, toucans, hummingbirds, monkeys, pizotes, opossums, and even sloths.
Two bedrooms (one with a 180x200cm bed and the other with a sofa), one bathroom. dining room, 360 degrees terrace, pool area, and separate storage&laundry room.
4х4 in the rainy season
Currently, the pool has many mosaic tiles falling from the walls, but it is cleaned on a weekly basis and the water remains clean
