Villa Ethir is a contemporary minimalistic home built on the point between the estuaries of Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta.
Punta San Fransisco - as locals call it - is situated on a rock that overviews Tamarindo beach on the right and has Langosta beach to your left. You have direct beach access in front of the villa to both playa Tamarindo and playa Langosta,which is the more upper end part of Tamarindo.
From Dec 1 2024 on : please note there are some constructions going on in the neighbourhood.

From the villa you have direct access to playa Tamarindo, which is filled with bars, restaurants and water activities, but you also have direct access to playa Langosta, which is a very rustic, natural beach
