The apartment is located on the top, central floor and can accommodate up to four people. The bright living room features a kitchenette, a comfortable sofa bed purchased in February 2025 for the third/fourth guest, internet TV, fan, air conditioning, and a safe. The 35-square-meter private terrace with patio, two sun loungers, and sofas will be your quiet space to relax in complete privacy. You'll sleep in a quiet bedroom with an incomparable view of the pool and ocean (the bedroom is located in the interior of the residence, so the only sound you'll hear is the sea!). The comfortable bathroom has a large shower. The double-glazed aluminum sliding windows, ALL equipped with sliding mosquito nets, will ensure the protection you deserve. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. UNLIMITED WI-FI AT HOME AND POOL Water, gas, and electricity are included in the price. An additional cleaning service with towel change is available for a fee of euros 20 (to be arranged at least 24 hours in advance). You can access the beach directly from the private garden. Access to the pool and sun loungers are complimentary for guests.

The residence has a large entrance with 24-hour security and lovely outdoor walkways nestled in the tropical garden, allowing you to reach your apartment independently. Each apartment has a private entrance. The garden and private pool are available free of charge, as are the sun loungers. You won't need to rent a car to enjoy Cape Verdean life, as everything is right outside the residence. However, I can arrange if you wish. The residence is located in the center of Santa Maria, overlooking the beach. The private garden offers direct access to the beach. The residence is about a 20-minute drive from Amilcar Cabral Airport.
