BY FAR THE BEST LOCATION ON THE ISLAND This apartment is an exceptional groundfloor first line oceanfront apartment at the "Porto Antigo 2" Residence. A dreamlocation, the pictures are for real, straight oceanview from your own terrace, perfect for couples or small families. Only minutes away from both the beach, the ocean, the lovely pool and the center of Santa Maria with shops, bars & restaurants and supermarkets. Yet away from the busy tourist areas & big hotels, staying at your own terrace in the lucious garden of Porto Antigo 2. There is WIFI and a flatscreen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and a washing machine for your clothes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and hairdryer. The cleaning lady is at your disposal on a daily basis.
Hi there :-) we bought this apartment with all our heart in 2017. Whenever we stayed here with the kids, we wanted to have a true holiday feeling. So we upgraded the complete place with better materials, quality kitchen, very light colours and so on. We hope you like it. Whenever we have the opportunity, we travel to Cabo Verde and we just enjoy living right next to the ocean, the cheap but so delicious food, the ever present sun, the local hospitality, AFRICA DELUXE ! If you need a break, recharge your batteries...we truly know you will have an amazing time here. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
