The property: Typical renovated Capoverddian house with nautical furnishings. Large cozy terrace for sunbathing and reading. Includes daily housekeeping service. The room can accommodate up to 2 people. Friendly staff. Access: Our guests have private access to the magnificent sun terrace on the first floor, the BBQ available with small kitchen, fridge and cutlery, with tables and chairs on the terrace. Possibility on request to dine.
My name is Milanca, I am Cape Verdiana, with my French husband Italo David, we will be very happy to make your acquaintance. We will make your stay unforgettable. We will put all our experiences about Cape Verde at your disposal. The Yacht Club is suitable for those who love the tranquility, fishing and originality of Cape Verde. During your overnight stay I will be present at the Yacht Club. IMPORTANT: Tourist Visa for Cape Verde can be purchased directly at any Cape Verde airport at a price of 25 Euros. (for europeans is free). Security tax must be purchased at the airport at the cost of 31 Euros.
The district: Palmeira is a typical Cape Verdean fishing village where tourism has not yet arrived. People are all friendly and peaceful. The house is located 100 meters from the sea. The fishermen go out every day at six in the morning, taking fresh fish home. On the weekend there is the typical party where you can eat fish or meat grilled from "Beleza" in front of the sea. Also for those who like dpmenica you can dance traditional Cape Verdean music. Every day from Arminda you can meet new people who cross the ocean and then go to the Caribbean. A tour around: The airport is 6 kilometers away, the capital Espargos 5 kilometers. Santa Maria is only 25 km away, reachable by the collective bus with 1.50 euros. At night the minibuses are few and it is advisable to take a Taxy which costs 15 Euros. To get to the Yacht Club from the airport you can take a taxy from the airport to Palmeira.
