The fine print
The consumption of water and electricity is not included in the price. This is calculated at the end of the stay and deducted from the deposit. This also applies to the interim cleaning.
Interim cleaning: changing bed, bath - and kitchen linen, bathroom refreshment, vacuuming and mopping (every 5 to 7 days, depending on length of stay and in consultation) € 25, - per time. The costs for the interim cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
Late check-out fee is €45 (subject to availability).
The Fitness gym is available and is small, with basic equipment and no air-conditioning in the room. These facilities are for general use and not just for private use.
