The property is situated in a communal complex. Its a family orientated quiet and friendly neighbourhood. The house is furnished to a high standard to give you homely feeling. Liopetri village is located in the Ammochostos (Famagusta ) district. The is one of the agricultural "red soil village" and produces juicy pomegranates and figs, whilst its main crop is the famous Cyprus potato. There are also two significant churches: the small - domed 16th century church dedicated to the Virgin Mary - which is celebrated annually o August 15 with traditional festivities and 15th century church dedicated to Agios Andronikos. Our property is about 30 minutes by car from Larnaca airport. Its ideally located just 10 minutes from beautiful beaches, the local water park and a charming old fishing harbour with lovely fish restaurants. The famous Cavo Greco viewpoint is only 25 minutes away by car and the lovey resort town of Ayia Napa is just 15 minutes away.The area offers a peaceful atmosphere wirh easy acces to all major attraction.

The neighbourhood is family orientated and friendly. The area is quiet and friendly with nice neighbours who appreciate a calm environment. We kindly ask guest to respect the neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. its a lovely peaceful place to relax and enjoy stay.
