A unique area with 5-Star hotels,restaurants,cafes,bar,.mini markets,souvenir shops and a beautiful sandy beach on a walking distance with sunbeds,water sports and a night film cinema by the beach. Built on the hill offers a panormamic view of the sea,the city and a magical sunset every afternoon! The famous Amathous coast road within walking distance from the House offers car rentals,buses that takes you every 10 minutes to the most popular places as well as the new Marina and the old town of Limassol.There is a beautiful walking path by the seaside that you can discover from the one side theOld and New Marina with restaurants and coffeshops and on the other side the Ancient Amathounta town watching the sunset lighting up the horizon. You can enjoy the coastal road by renting a bike available for rent along the seaside road. The property has a garden as as well as a Tennis court with tennis coaches, ideal for tennis lovers.
