Our stylish one-bedroom ground-floor apartment, is located in Diana 52 complex in the sought-after Universal area of Paphos. Our location is great: we are just 15 minutes walk from the Beach, Paphos charming promenade and Kings-Mall. In our lovely greek-style complex we have a big swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy the sun with a glass of wine Diana HATS is newly renovated and fully equipped, offers a pool-facing balcony, and a cozy back-yard to enjoy your morning coffee. My name is Mikaela, and I'm the manager of beautiful Diana HATS 1B apartment! I am a local Cypriot, raised in South-Africa, therefore speaking native both English and Greek. I'm in my 30s, with years of experience both in traveling and in hosting. I am truly service oriented, and always think of "what would have made me feel great" while hosted in apartment that I mange. The apartment is well located in the north-west side of the popular Universal area of Paphos. It's a quiet residential area, but close to restaurants, cafes, bars, ATMs, and all other amenities. So you can enjoy both tranquility and dynamic atmosphere : ) Within the neighbourhood, the complex is in the closest part to the beach and to Kings-Mall (takes around 15 minutes walk to each). Driving takes around 3-5 minutes to literally every point of attraction in the city (parking in the complex is free). And to those without a car you have bus station just in front of the complex to both the beach and Kings-Mall and to the gorgeous Old-City.
