The property is built in a land of 1800 square meters. The land is planted with orange, mandarin and olive trees and its two blocks.
Very quiet and pieceful area. There is a kiosk with a big children's playground. There is a supermarket a butchery and a bank very near to the house. A traditional restaurant is also a few minutes away from the house. The old and famous Iamatiki church is only a few meters away from the house.
