A two bedroom top floor house in a peaceful neighborhood located in the heart of Limassol, just 10 minutes walking distance to the beach (1.1 km) and 20 minutes to the city center (2.2 km). Can sleep up to 6 people and its ideal for family vacations, business travelers and weekend getaways. The house has a private main door which leads to the house level through a 17 stair straight staircase. Their is another exit in the kitchen which serves as an emergency exit and ends up into the garage. Guest can have access to everything between the main door and the small balcony outside the kitchen door. If you need to store something in the garage (a bicycle, etc.) you can ask my mother, who lives in the ground floor, to give you access. The house is 2 minutes walk away from EMEL Lamprou Porfyra Central Bus Station where you can go anywhere you want in the Limassol district through the integration of the urban and rural routes .

This is the neighborhood i grew up so every corner of it brings me a lot of memories. It is under the administration of Limassol municipality which can not be more centrally located. In close proximity from the historic center (about 2.2 km or 20 min. walk), the business center (about 1 km or 10 min. walk), the beach ( about 1.1 km or 10 min. walk) and the highway ( about 1 km). If you have a car you can be anywhere within Limassol district in 10 minutes. Furthermore, important amenities such as supermarket, pharmacy, bus station, 24 hour kiosk, restaurants, fast food as well as anything you might want or need are located within walking distance. The neighborhood is populated mainly by families who are accommodated in independent ground or first and second floor houses. Apart from the great location what makes the area unique is that it gives you the felling of being in and away from the center the same time.
