The House Near the Beach is situated at 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Is situated in a Complex of individual semidetached houses called MERIKA 2, No.2, inhabited by locals or tourists. Is built around a central green courtyard with his own private entrance. The Ηouse is suitable for families and friends and for those who work ONLINE we have an excellent connection to internet service-WiFi 204 Mbps at any season of the year. The house is comprised from a main beautiful bedroom equipped with a double bed, Baby bed (Baby Playpen to 0-3 years, 15kg only when you need it), an Air-conditioning unit and is full of bedroom equipment's. A living room equipped with 2 couch (sofa-beds ), Air-conditioning unit, TV (Netflix), free WiFi etc, with an open Kitchen with full equipment's for preparing your breakfast-lunch and dinner. The house is comprised of the bathroom equipped with all hygiene facilities, a timer heated shower and a washing machine. Additionally, outside on the front yard there is an extra shower and a gas barbecue (with all the equipment’s) .For your health safety we provide for all doors and windows mosquito net. The house has also a PRIVATE backyard area (veranda) with sunbeds.

The house can be booked for 1 to 4 persons. Is built around a central green courtyard with his own private entrance. The Ηouse is suitable for families and friends and for those who likes to work ONLINE we have an excellent connection to internet service-WiFi 204 Mbps at any season of the year. The house is located at 10 minutes’ sandals walk from the village center and and 10 minutes walk to the beautifully lighthouse. In the center of the village and at a few minutes walk radius you can find supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shops, small restaurants serving international and local food (fish or meat dishes) or even takeaway food. Near Pervolia you can find CAMEL PARK in Mazoto village, Carting Center only 10 minutes and Fun Park only 5 minutes with a car. Is a nice place for a family. Larnaca, the main town in the area, is at 15 minutes’ drive from the house where you can find all kind of entertainment shops, traditional and modern, restaurants, coffee shops etc. For your movements Outside of the Complex there is Bus station.
