I am an Architect and i find very interesting and challenging to develop new projects and especially to renovate historical buildings in the old city. I have several hobbies such as travelling and to meet different cultures , art , architecture and doing various of sports.

Property information

It consists of a completely renovated modern apartment which has all those facilities that make it ideal for living and working for 2 persons. The total covered area of the suite is approximately 25sqm indoor space plus uncovered terrace. It is located in a central part of Nicosia and specifically in Engomi. Close, walking distance to the universities of Nicosia and the European University as well as many businesses, schools, gyms, wellness companies, etc., in the surrounding area.

Neighbourhood information

The flat has easy access to many parts of the city. Within a short radius there are supermarkets (Papantoniou and Alfa Mega), cafes, Zorpas Bakery, Mc Donald’s and other related services. Located in walking distance to the European University and University of Nicosia. Close to beauty and treatment centers as well as medical centers and hospitals. The Suite has its own car parking on the ground floor (uncovered). The flat is located on the 2nd floor of the small building whereas on the ground floor there is a small restaurant as well as a small cafeteria serving coffee, crepes and various snacks. The building does not have a lift and access is being done by the staircase.
