A beautiful and spacious well appointed privately owned first floor two bedroom apartment with air conditioning. Situated in an exclusive and quiet residential development with a communal pool. You are also only a few minutes from excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife. A ten minute walk will take you to the scenic harbour area, beaches and the archaeological sites situated along the UNESCO world Heritage Site coastline. This is a great apartment for either a quiet or lively holiday, or a mixture of both! The Internet TV system has access to a wide range of channels including music, sport and film channels and access to the latest films. The apartment has wifi which is available free of charge to our guests. Beach towels and a hair dryer are provided so this will save on your luggage allowance!

The property is managed remotely. This is my holiday home which I rent out whilst not using and therefore probably will give more home comforts that a standard rental. I maintain the property to a high level as its also for my personal use. I hope you enjoy the apartment as much as we do. Though the bookings are managed by myself remotely from the UK, I have a management company able to help in the event of any issues that cannot be dealt with remotely and they can be contacted between 8am and 8pm.

Hiring a car is not essential with a lot of amenities located a short walking distance of the complex and Paphos has a good bus service locally and to other towns and cities in Cyprus.
