2 bedrooms 79 m2 apartment on ground floor, large patio with view of garden. Delightful two bedroom luxury apartment containing all you need for a relaxing holiday. Open plan lounge/ kitchen and dining room, opening veranda with direct access to beautifully presented garden and 20m pool and private sun beds for your use around the pool or on the balcony. The apartment is furnished, fitted and equipped to a luxury standard, optional air conditioning (for a small extra charge), fans, well-designed furniture and every extra to make your stay comfortable (including washing machine, microwave, oven, hairdryer, iron and beach towels). The living area has a flat-screen TV and wi-fi. The kitchen is fully fitted. The bathroom has a full sized bath and shower over the bath. The complex is located in Universal area, just 15 minutes walk from the lively, picturesque harbor area of Kato Paphos. If you decide to hire a car, there is sample free parking in the gated complex. We speak english, german, french and russian
