Brand new, very comfortable and well equipped 4 bedroom villa in popular Coral Bay area near the beach.
Outside are beautifully landscaped gardens, peaceful and private with a generously sized patio area, perfect for relaxing in the sun with a book or sunbathing around the swimming pool on elegant rattan sun beds and corner sofa. An ideal place for a BBQ which is also provided for your use.
The villa inside has a non standard design with bright colors and unusual details.

A five minute walk will take you to the lovely Coral Bay beach, perfect for families with its soft golden sand which slopes gently into the beautiful blue sea. Some restaurants and minimarket are 3 min walking. Coral bay main strip with plenty of restaurants and shops is 15 min on foot or 2 min by bus. Large supermarket is 1 km away and it has advantage of free delivery of your shopping to the villa doors.
