Seafront Protaras is a property management company based in Protaras. We have been established since 2013 and we pride ourselves on giving our clients the ultimate holiday experience.

Property information

Luxury villas are located in Central Protaras on the main coastline. The location is ideal for everyone. Near a lot of restaurants and shops. 50 meters to the most beautiful Protaras beach -Fig Tree Bay, while the resort is quiet and calm. Each villa is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, a Bluetooth speaker, jacuzzi. For guests, free parking, free WI-FI, drinking water is replenished, and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home. Villa 7 and 8 have a hot tab. Other villas have a private swimming pool. They also equip other villas with a private heated pool in winter, the cost of heating the pool is 50 euros per day. Spend an unforgettable vacation in the most beautiful place in Cyprus.

Please note that Seafront Protaras Villas and Apts has no reception. Guests pick up their keys from safety boxes located outside the properties front doors. A security pin is provided to guests 24 hours prior to arrival.

Please note that all properties are self - catered. The properties are cleaned prior to arrival, plus an additional cleaning per week after the first week of arrival. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided in all properties. All properties are equipped with washing machines. Irons and ironing boards are also available. Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra charge.

Please note that a baby cot and baby chair can be provided upon charge. Contact information can be found in the booking confirmation.
