My apartment stands out with its unique features. Situated on the first floor, it boasts three balconies and a spacious private garden, thanks to its nestled position within the mountain. Accessible from the master bedroom, the garden adds a charming touch to the living space.
Inside, you'll find ample room to roam. Three generously sized bedrooms (two kings and one twin) accompany a spacious lounge and dining area, along with a practical workspace. The separate, sizable kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a washing machine and a cozy dining area featuring a table and two stools.
The main balcony offers a stunning view of the communal pool and the majestic mountains, creating a picturesque scene both day and night. Meanwhile, the serene back garden, accessible from the main bedroom, invites relaxation with its dining set, sofa, and two sunbeds. Given our proximity to fields, it's wise to keep bedroom doors closed to prevent any unexpected visitors.
For comfort, air conditioning units are installed in the kitchen, lounge, and all three bedrooms, each equipped with timers for efficient use, which have settings to stay on for 2 hours at a time. This eco-conscious approach reflects our commitment to environmental sustainability and carbon neutrality. We hope this isn't too much of an inconvenience for guests, why we try to do our bit to protect the world.
Conveniently located, the charming town of Polis is just a 10-15 minute stroll away, offering an array of enticing bars and restaurants. You will find Latchi harbour a short drive away where there are more restaurants and beach bars, a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Additionally, Paphos is easily accessible, a mere 40-minute drive by car or a direct bus ride from our doorstep. It is good to have a car so you can explore the surround beauty spots including the Baths of Aphrodite and the Akamas.
In summary, my apartment offers a delightful blend of comfort and convenience in a truly enchanting setting.
I have been visiting Cyprus for 18 years, since my parents bought a villa in Latchi and fell in love with it. I have been coming here ever since with family and friends, and I love the culture and what Cyprus has to offer.
In 2022 I thought it was time to buy my own property that myself and my 3 children could enjoy, and I found this apartment. Since I purchased it at the end of 2022, I have given it a full makeover, inside and out and it is now a lovely place to stay.
I get out to it around 6 times a year, and when I am not there, I want others to enjoy it too!
My parents manage the property for me, so if there is anything guests ever need, they are only a 10 minute drive away.
Any questions please let me know.
It is a lovely complex where the apartment is situated. There is lots to do locally and also lots to do across the Island too.
My personal recommendations:
Polis is a great little town and my favourite places for dinner are Finikas (my favourite), The Old Town, Polis herb garden, Moustakallis Taverner and a Japanese called Akakiko.
Polis also has some great bars including the Château Polis, the Village Pub, Saddles and Viva Polis. The beach is a 25 minute walk away, 5 minute drive. The beach bar is currently being refurbished.
Latchi has some lovely restaurants along the marina which look over the sea and boats. My favourite places for dinner are Faros, Molos and Restomare. Noma and Island Bar are great in the summer for lunch and drinks including great cocktails. La Plage in my favourite beach just outside of Latchi.
There is a lovely hotel just passed Latchi called the Anassa, a perfect place for a special treat. Cocktails or afternoon tea. (Open March-November). The large outdoor space looks over the Akamas.
Nearby there are some lovely walks in the Akamas & The Baths of Aphrodite, or just a stroll along the beach.
Shopping:
Supermarkets -
Papantoniou supermarket in Polis, which has a great range of food and drinks including fresh food counters (meat, fish, deli) and a bakery. You will be able to get all of your supplies here.
Bakeries -
There are a few other bakeries to choose from, my favourite is the bakery in Prodromi (which is between Polis and Latchi).
Souvenir shops -
You can find lots of these in Polis & Latchi.
Banks -
There are 2 banks in Polis including the Bank of Cyprus. There are plenty of cash points around too.

Paphos is a great place to visit for food, drink, culture, and tourist attractions.
