Described in our reviews as "home from home" this is a modern & spacious 2 bedroom penthouse apartment, with stunning views towards Pyla Mountains and the sea from the large 76m2 open terrace. It is the superb outdoor space which is one of the main attractions of this property. The large private terrace area offers so much, from soaking up the sun by day to alfresco dining in the evening,whilst enjoying the glorious views of the sun setting over Pyla. A relaxing and peaceful haven with stunning views. This penthouse apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with all modern conveniences. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle,dishwasher, smoothie maker,fridge freezer and microwave and a really good selection of cooking utensils and dishes. There is a dining table which will seat 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed and it's own balcony and the second bedroom which has 2 single beds. A travel cot is available on request.There are large fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms and there is ample space. Both rooms have a mirror in the wardrobes and also bedside cabinets. In the front room is a 3 seater, 2 seater and a 2 seater sofa

I really enjoy hosting and pride myself on customer service, & communication with the guests and this is shown in the reviews I have received over the years. Nothing is too much trouble for my guests and I want you to have a holiday to remember. I have excellent support on site with my property manager & team as well. Myself and Doug have 2 children, Molly who is 24 and Ben who is 18 and they both really enjoy our holidays to Cyprus. They are quite happy spending days in the pool or playing on the beach. We spent a large number of years working for ourself and getting time off for holidays was often difficult. We really wanted somewhere that we could get to fairly quickly and easily and at the same time we wanted a certain standard of holiday, in terms of accommodation and area. We feel that we have this now as the area has some fantastic restaurants, beaches and other attractions and yet we have all the comforts from home in our apartment. The complex itself it peaceful and safe for children and has an adult and children’s pool. We live in Essex not too far from Stansted so getting to Cyprus is not too much of a problem.

We chose this property as we wanted all the benefits and attractions that Cyprus has to offer and yet we did not want to be in a busy resort. We have been visiting Cyprus now for a number of years and always really enjoyed our time spent there. We like the fact that we can access pretty much anywhere on the Island relatively easily, so Pyla serves as an ideal base. We drive to the Northern part across the border, Troodos mountains, and we would also spend a day in Latchi hiring a boat to visit the blue lagoon. No where is too far. There is a real village feel to Pyla and all the locals are very friendly here as well. We feel that the property has a lot to offer all different people and hope that guests enjoy their stay as much as we do. There are some great restaurants locally in Pyla, however we also eat out in Larnaca & Ayia Napa. Shopping is easy whether you want a traditional supermarket or somewhere like Lidl. In Oroklini there are some superb bakeries. The children love water world which is about 20 minute drive away. Larnaca has some fantastic landmarks and churches which are worth an explore as well. There is something for everyone.
