Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of if not the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our companies feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons of our companies success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients.

Property information

Situated in a prestigious area, on the outskirts of Paralimni Town, and just a few minutes drive away from the renowned holiday resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa, this large villa makes an ideal holiday let. A 10 minute leisurely walk away is the main road where there are banks, cafes, bakeries which are open 24 hours, pharmacies, supermarkets and many other amenities. Paralimni centre is a fifteen minute walk to the square with its historic church of St George and its surrounding cafes and shops. Kokkinos Gremmos (Red Hill), one mile away is ideal for enthusiastic walkers and cyclists. Breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the spectacular views of Ayia Napa, Cape Greco, Paralimni and Famagusta Bay. The villa is set on a very quiet road with views of the surrounding hills and fields. It is set in 1250 square metres of land with ample parking and is surrounded by olive and pomegranate trees on one side and a variety of fruit trees on the other. With four bedrooms in the main house and one in a separate annex, the property is perfect for those wanting to spend time with family and friends in a spacious and relaxing setting. To the rear of the property is a pool which is not overlooked, a large kiosk with bar for alfresco dining, a further kiosk with seating, a rock garden and a Greek island-style seating area under the shade of the grapefruit and pomelo trees and table tennis. By the pool is an independently accessed one bedroom apartment comprising a double bedroom, shower/wet room and kitchen/bar. This ground-floor apartment has wheelchair access and has been especially designed with additional facilities such as support hand rails and a drop-down seat in the shower room.

The cosmopolitan resort of Protaras has quickly become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus in recent years. The resort has a lot to offer to visitors of all ages and is mainly geared towards families and those wanting to enjoy a sun-filled beach holiday. Along with a number of quality hotels, the resort boasts numerous luxury rental villas and apartments, which are located throughout the resort area within easy reach of all the resort has to offer. A wide selection of friendly restaurants, local tavernas, bars and cafes are open throughout the summer months offering something to suit all tastes. Enjoy a cocktail and a candlelit dinner at one of the many seafront restaurants or party until the early hours on the resort’s main central strip. A newly built seafront promenade connects Protaras to the neighbouring resort of Pernera and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. A day at the famous Fig-Tree bay is definitely recommended whether you want to just laze in the sun or spend the day swimming in the clear waters of the Mediterranean.
