This villa is in a fantastic area called Melanos in Chloraka, just 2 km away from Kato Paphos (the main promenade) and 10 km away from the famous Coral bay. The villa is very private in a cul de sac leading to a private road and an electric gate on the top of a hill facing the Mediterranean seaon the right while across you see a beautiful river with wild nature. The house it self while classic in the outside , is very modern in the inside with modern furniture, luxurious couches , king beds with high quality mattresses and bed linens. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 4 on the first floor and one on the ground floor. It offers 3 living rooms, one fully fitted kitchen, one kitchenette, 4 bathrooms including a jacuzzi , a large swimming pool, landscape gardens and a barbecue. Perfect for a big family or two. Also ideal for private weddings or christenings.
Andreas and Lina are a young couple with 2 children. They are very social, they like traveling and they want to give their guests the best quality holidays. Andreas and Lina owns also Mcplaces Apartments in Kato Paphos having the best reviews for these self catered apartments.
The neighborhood it self is very quiet and very private. There are other properties behind the property with local people. In front of this villa there is a beautiful river with plots of wild nature.Tombs of the Kings Avenue is just 1 km away.
