Property information

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment, located in a lively neighborhood, close to all amenities. Walking distance from the walled city of Nicosia (10'), on the top of the longest park of the capital and the Pedieos river, this spacious renovated apartment is the perfect choice for families and business people.. Conveniently located on the main road, bus stops 1 min away, restaurants and clubs are short walking distance, the European university and embassies are just 10' walk away.

Neighbourhood information

The Bridge-House is located on the top of the Linear park so guests can access this lovely park from the parking area. The length of it is 10.5km one way and it is fully lit at night so it offers the perfect evening walks to cool down after a long and hot summer day. In the building there is a pharmacy, a small coffee shop and a pizza place so you literary don't have to move, you'll have it all at your fingertips. Bus stop is 1 minute down in the street, but the city center is really close, 10-15 minutes walk, depending on your pace, if you take the Byron avenue, which we encourage to do in order to enjoy beautiful old buildings, representing a century old Cypriot architecture.
