Villa Asteri
Asteri is a very special place. Secluded, but not isolated, with no near neighbours and not overlooked in any way. 25 mins drive from Paphos. The views are exceptional, all around and down to the sea and Akamas Peninsular.
The villa is large and single storey with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms in each wing - so four bedrooms in total sleeping up to eight. The living areas in the middle are huge. The outdoor living, though, is where the villa really shines.
Asteri has a lovely pool which can be heated on request @ 30 euro per day + one day to heat up. ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED.
An outdoor bar and firepit, and there's also a great shaded area with comfy sofas and an outdoor tv for watching movies under the stars. (all sky channels, plus many countries tv). Polis and Latchi marina are just a few minutes drive away, also the beaches.
PLEASE NOTE - The number of bedrooms open depends on the number of people booked. Unfortunately we have had bookings for two or three people and ten people end up arriving.
We have been letting this villa for ten years.
Steni is a picturesque village ideally located just 10 minutes from the Blue Flag beaches in Polis and a short drive from the Paphos Forest. In the village itself there is a wonderful museum and two excellent taverns.
