Villa Iliada is located in Latchi, Cyprus. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. The villa is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Layout On the first floor, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a bathroom and pool access. The villa has outdoor dining, a large private swimming pool and a barbeque. On the second floor are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. There are also two balconies with countryside views. IMPORTANT VILLA RULES: • The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time (including children). • No additional guests, visitors, parties, gatherings, or extra cars are permitted at the property. Exceeding the booked occupancy is strictly prohibited. • A Refundable Security Deposit (RSD) of 150 euros per person is payable before arrival. This is fully refunded after departure, provided there is no damage, breakages, or breach of the above rules.
