Apartment is located in the annexed building to Kadlecova vila. It served as a support building to the main villa. It is surrounded by a large garden with grown trees. In the garden, you can enjoy a private seating area with a fireplace. Apartment has its own terrace with seating and an optional modern Weber gas barbecue. During winter, it is possible to light up a fire inside the tile stove which creates the dominant inside the apartment. Nove Mesto na Morave is famous for its active lifestyle and sports, so inside the apartment, there is a special room to keep all your sports equipment including bikes. This storage is accessible from outside or directly from the apartment. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious pantry, dining table, and a 110cm wide bed opposite the tile stove in the main room. Inside the bedroom, you can find king size bed (180cm), comfortable armchair with a table and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. In the bathroom, there is a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine and an entrance to a spacious walk in wardrobe. Wifi is available throughout the whole property and is free of charge. Parking is possible on the street, free of charge.

Your hosts are a family with small kids, we live in the first floor of Kadlecova vila. In the ground floor, a massage services and a cosmetic care are offered and you can enjoy those too if you would like to, just ask us in advance about the availability of these services during your stay. Villa and the apartment are connected (not in the interior – the whole apartment is just for you) and its courts freely connects to each other. Apartment has its private entrance from the court and an entrance to storage. It features a terrace with a seating, sandpit and an access to the large garden with grown trees and a fireplace area. Train station is 5min away, as well as supermarket LIDL. Restaurants are 5min away as well, Hotel Musil restaurant and popular Kozlovna U Dvou Kocek both having nice covered beer gardens. 5min away is public spa which offers inner 25m swimming pool, fitness centre and a wellness area with saunas.

City center is 8min walk away, you can find on the way highly popular café Kafe 133 with its picturesque court. Vysočina arena where all the major world sports events are held (i.e. IBU Biathlon world cup, MTB world cup and many more) is 30min walk away from the apartment or 10min by bike. You can enjoy there a lot of single tracks with different difficulty levels, pump track, bike rentals or you can refresh yourself at the local Suns café or in the lobby bar of the iconic hotel Ski. NMnM is famous for its cross country skiing, so during winter, the whole area is full of cross country skiing tracks. There is also a ski slope Ski Harusak. NMnM is a very good starting point to explore its surroundings featuring the most popular places in Zdarske vrchy like Blatiny, Kadov or Krátká. By car, you can access a bit further destinations like Šiklův mlýn (western style park), castle Pernštejn, garden train in Polnička (family park), lake Velké Dářko suitable for windsurfing, golf court in Svratka and many more.
