The outdoor area is adjacent to the entire inner block, which serves as a garden. Pets are not allowed in the entire area, including the yard of the apartment. The complex is located 3 stops from the city center. Sands 20 min walk. Parking is possible in front of the house for free. Parking is public. The entire complex is under a camera system, including the garden of the apartment. It serves for the security of the entire complex. The accommodation is operated by a contactless code, which is entered into the safety deposit box (only the deposit box with the inscription APARTMENT 1). Accommodation is not limited by time.
