This renovated apartment with a historical touch is surrounded by nature and at the same time is only 5 minutes by car or bus from the spa area of Karlovy Vary. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet Art Nouveau apartment building, which we are gradually returning to its original charm and purpose. The house was built as a hotel in 1898 for tourists seeking the healing effects of the Karlovy Vary springs and forests. It is an ideal choice for all those looking for a place with the comforts of the city, but away from its hustle and bustle.
I am a Czech living between the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. I have more than 10 years of work experience in tourism and I run a business in the field of sustainability. My family who lives in the same building will be available if needed.
The village is located in the Tepla River valley which rises quickly into wooded hills full of trails and scenic spots. A public transport stop is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The village has a grocery store open 7 days a week, as well as a quality restaurant and a pleasant bar on the edge of the forest that is open 24 hours a day.
