Welcome to our apartment, which represents a small window into the past where we wanted to pay tribute to the Art Nouveau character of the Vaňkovka Residence building but at the same time include it in a modern guise. Not an easy task. The apartment is unique in its location in the city center and is one of the first swallows of the newly emerging Trnita district, which will offer housing for up to 15,000 people and a new train station will quickly connect Brno with the world. This is an attic apartment/suite in very generous spaces that we hope you will love as much as we do and will be happy to return here - whether you are traveling with family/company or friends. The apartment offers accommodation for up to 8 people and parts will be made available to you according to the number of people per night so that we can prepare it for the arrival of other guests. You also have the option of free parking in a closed garage or outside. The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, etc.) and free internet. A bottle of wine awaits you as a small gift - please let us know your preferences (red/white/non-alcoholic) and we will try to accommodate them as much as possible. The apartment is completely non-smoking, thank you for respecting us and other guests. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
