Please read our introduction before booking with us. We are not a hotel but a small high quality guesthouse located in Vinohrady district. There is no permanent reception so we kindly ask you to provide us with information about your estimated arrival time upon your booking or via email. Please note that we're not a hotel and we don't have a reception. We would like to inform you in advance that Czech law treats vacation rental apartments as a regular hotel facility and so we are obliged by the Czech law to collect your personal data including the passport or ID card number and to collect city fee 50 CZK/person/night on behalf of the municipality, which is not included in the price and is to be paid in full before check-in. We'll send you a link for the data collection and the city fee payment (online payment by card with CVC) before your arrival.
