The apartment is situated in an attractive formerly industrial location which has been recently flourishing into a modern sought after quarter. A new office area called Vlněna has been developed on-site (there used to be famous textile factory Vlněna). Parking space in underground garage is included in the price. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main train station, 5 minutes to Bus Station at Grand Hotel, 10 minutes to bus station Zvonařka, 12 minutes to train station Dolní Nádraží. You can get to the city centre within 10 minutes on foot.
