Company information

I am originally rom Spain. I come from Santiago de Compostela, a city in the north of Spain, where 2 million tourists come every year. I have been living in the Czech Republic for 13 years. I can speak four languages, Spanish, Portuguese, English and Czech. For 10 years I ran a shop near the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. After moving to the Czech Republic, I opened a shop here. More than 8 years ago I made up a band with my Russian friend. 12 years ago we bought this villa in a very desolate state. After years of manual work, the villa is almost completely renovated. At the ground floor I live with my family and the first floor is for rent. Like most the Spanish, I'm open and communicative.

Property information

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful old house from the 1930s. Size 95 m2. It is located under the hill Chmelník. It´s nice and very quiet location without traffic and lights. The center is 5 min by car. The owners live on the ground floor, so, there is a personal communication. Nice place for hiking. Via Ferrata is in the center of Děčín. There is rental of bike and paddle boards.It´s near Czech Switzerland National Park. Swimming pool and aquapark is 5 min. by car.

Neighbourhood information

It is very quiet location without traffic and street lights. Possibility walk to the forest and the opportunity to see wild wildlife. To the civilization it´s 5 min by car.
