Restaurants can be found in the neighbourhood, the town centre with shopping facilities is approx. 2.5 km away. The 50 m² non-smoking apartment, which was completely renovated in 2021, is centrally heated and equipped with insect screens, is accessible via a separate external spiral staircase and is spread over three levels. On the first is the hallway with a wardrobe and plenty of storage space, on the second is the large living room (sofa bed, desk, flat-screen TV, radio) with open, modern kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and a spacious bathroom (shower, WC, electric towel warmer, hairdryer) and on the third (accessible via stairs) the open sleeping area (two mattresses). There is also an approx. 30 m² furnished roof terrace with lake view, a gas barbecue, car park, bicycle storage and a private jetty on Lake Plötzensee (swimming for swimmers). WLAN is also available. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption as well as bed linen and towels (initial supply). To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.
