The holiday apartment is located in Spa Zone 1 on the first floor of a three-family house. The first floor is the top floor in this house, so you enjoy peace and quiet from all sides. The garage is directly in front of the house entrance. The 35 m² terrace faces east and west. In the morning, the sun shines on the terrace as well as into the living room and bedroom – a perfect start to the day. From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the Römerberg and the Neuenfels ruins. To the east, you look out over the mountains towards Schweighof in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park. The center is just a 1 to 2-minute walk away. In 2 minutes on foot, you reach the forest area with well-marked, beautiful hiking trails. The location is ideal for spa guests, sports enthusiasts, city lovers, and hiking fans. From the apartment, you can hike up the local mountain, the Blauen (1165 m), and then relax in the nearby thermal baths or in one of the beautiful beer gardens.
