Our gem is in a quiet yet central location in the middle of Penzberg. It is embedded in the picturesque landscape of the Bavarian Oberland at the foot of the Alps. Only 25 minutes via the A95 motorway or easily accessible every hour on the DB, Munich offers big city flair with culture, museums and Oktoberfest. The traditional towns of Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Bad Tölz can be reached in half an hour. Our domicile offers the ideal starting point for groups traveling on holiday as well as for those traveling on business. In the heart of Penzberg you will always be able to reach all the important shopping opportunities on foot or by bike. The nearby Rewe can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and in one minute by car. The town square can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot. It will take you about 10-15 minutes to get to the train station if you walk quickly. The Roche company can be reached in 5 minutes by car, about 20 minutes on foot and about 10 minutes by bike.
