Company information

I have been passionately renting holiday houses for almost 20 years now. It all began with the restoration of the 'Alte Schüre' (accommodating 18 guests). Since then, our offerings have expanded, ranging from the 'Kleine Villa' (for 20 guests) to the 'Mörkens Hütte' (for 2-4 guests). Lastly, during the Corona period, we constructed our 'Kleines Waldhaus' (for 2-4 guests) and the TinyHouse 'KlitzeKlein' (for 2 guests). All of our holiday houses are situated in Elpe.

Are you planning a few wonderful days with the whole family in a holiday home in the Sauerland? With grandparents, parents, aunts, siblings, and all the children? We have an idea: Our 'Alte Schüre.' Our modern half-timbered house accommodates up to 18 people. Upon arrival, the beds are made, towels are provided in the bathrooms and sauna area, and if desired, we are happy to connect you with caterers, grocery, and beverage suppliers. You can get bread from the local bakery or order/deliver through a bread service. Please let us know if you need suggestions and ideas for your leisure activities and excursions.
