Welcome to our apartment in the historical city of Pirna! We are Nina & Ales, a couple excited to give you an opportunity to get to know a beautiful region of Pirna, Dresden an Saxon Switzerland. We love to discover it ourselves - its cultural and culinary options, for climbing, hiking or simply in order to get to know its people and spirit. We hope you will enjoy it too! Discover the medieval town of Pirna right from its heart. Stroll through the quiet historic streets, be tempted to dine in the nearby restaurants and then return to this urban-chic studio for a coffee or a glass of wine. Our newly renovated, spacious 2-bedroom apartment (50 sqm), located in a 3rd floor (attic) of a 19th century building, offers you a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, Wi-Fi, TV with NETFLIX and Bluetooth music box. Feel free to park in the PARKING GARAGE nearby for free. Families are very welcome and we are happy to provide you with a crib, a dining chair, toys and board games. Bicycles storage room is available in the building, car parking opportunities for a fee can be reached within 5 minutes of walking. Thanks to its central location between the Saxon Switzerland Nature Park and the historic city of Dresden, you can explore both within 20 minutes by train or car. It is an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Elbe cycle path.
The highlight of Pirna is the almost completely preserved old town with the famous Canaletto view, as well as the late Gothic hall church of St. Mary. You can visit the DDR Museum or the Tom Paul Theater or simply indulge in culinary delights in various top restaurants. If you want to experience even more culture, you can reach the city of Dresden by car or train in 20 minutes. Dresden offers you highlights such as the historic city center with the Frauenkirche, the Albertinum, the Zwinger or the Semper Opera House, but also various shopping and dining options. For nature lovers, Saxon Switzerland can be reached in 20-50 minutes by car, train or bike. There are miles of beautiful hiking trails to discover here. The area around Altenberg offers great winter sports opportunities and can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
