80qm apartment has a - big livingroom with TV and entrance to the balcony -new & modern kitchen - bedroom with a doublebed (2mx2m) - guestroom with a singlebed (190cm length) - bathroom mit toilet, shower / will be renovated in August 2019 - balcony with table and seats, you can look in the garden - WIFI - water, beverages, beer & wine are in the apartment for best prices - the kitchen has a coffeemachine, water heater, toaster, dishwasher, microwave .... - There is tee, coffee, Kakao included in the price

- The apartment is located in the centre of Neustadt, but really a quiet surrounding - The US-military-Station in "Grafenwöhr" is about 25 km away - supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurants (even the Zoigl-Stubn) are not more than 500 m away - Highway A93 (exit Neustadt Süd/Altenstadt) - appr.. 3 km - busstation ca. 500m - trainstation ca. 300m
