Das in 2024 im Stil einer Stadtvilla neu gebaute Haus, in der sich die 85m² Wohnung befindet, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer. Über eine Hebe-Schiebe Balkontüre gelangen Sie auf den Balkon, auf der man den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die neue moderne Einbauküche lässt jedem Koch seine Kochkünste realisieren. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt in den Sommermonaten für eine angenehme Temperatur. Auch an eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage wurde bei diesem modernen Wohnhaus gedacht die dafür sorgt, dass die Luft in den Räumen sauber bleibt. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine begehbare Dusche, in der deckenhohe Fliesen am Stück verbaut wurden. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus auf dem eigenen Grundstück. Wir sind uns sicher, dass Sie sich in dieser wunderschönen neuen Wohnung sehr wohlfühlen werden und freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch.
