Bright and friendly furnished apartment house, only 1.4 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the North Sea, in the quiet district of Alt-Westerland. The apartments are spacious and were partially renovated in 2013. Whether it's a wellness weekend or a holiday with sporting ambitions. Whether cycling, surfing or yoga on the beach. Work up a sweat with your favorite sport and then enjoy the wonderful view of the sea in one of the numerous beach saunas along the western beach from List to Hörnum. Highlights included: WLAN Activities nearby: Sylt is more varied and diverse than almost any other island. Around 50 km of hiking trails and around 200 km of cycle paths invite you to extensive tours in the multifaceted nature. Kilometer-long walks on the beach or along the shifting dunes are just as possible as mudflat hikes. In Westerland, restaurants, bars and cafés invite you to spend pleasant hours. Concerts take place in the music shell on the beach promenade and various museums, galleries and exhibitions are available for culture lovers. Note: the pool is in a neighboring house
