Property information

We are a small family business, which is able to respond quickly and easily to the needs of our guests. Everything happens very familiar, so that the guest has the feeling that he is at home. The check-in is done with us via Smartphone. You will receive a link to and from us, so that you can download an app from the comfort of your own home and thus determine when you want to check in with us. Our apartments are spacious and all have a kitchen. Shopping markets, pubs and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The apartments are all located in the Martinsviertel, very central to the city centre, the congress centre, the Fraunhofer Institute and the Mathildenhöhe. A luxury are our parking spaces directly on our premises.

Neighbourhood information

In the immediate vicinity is the old historic bath house of the Grand Duke, the congress centre, the Mathildenhöhe and even a Hundertwasser house. If you would like to enjoy a little wellness day, you are welcome to visit the Jugendstibad in Darmstadt. It is only about 5 minutes away from the apartment.
