Spacious, fully equipped flat with excellent connections to Chemnitz, new bathroom and kitchen. WLan usable. Car park directly at the house. Landlord lives in the neighbouring property. Also very suitable as a flat for fitters or long-term rental.
Family Schmalfuß Karsten welcomes you in the west of Chemnitz.
Excellent connections to Chemnitz, the motorway and the western outskirts of Chemnitz. At the gateway to the Erzgebirge and in the immediate vicinity of the Sachsenring motorway ring. Quiet with extensive hiking opportunities and yet everything within easy reach.
