The house in which the holiday flat is located is a detached building with 2 residential units. The main flat is permanently let and the granny flat has been used as a holiday flat since 2024.
We - the Rehrl family - renovated the granny flat in 2024 and converted it into a holiday flat. As we do not live in Chieming ourselves, but 40 km away in Laufen an der Salzach, the Fritzenwenger family, the tenants of the main house, take care of the flat, the reception of the guests and the check-out at the end of the guests' stay. We are all looking forward to your visit!
