    “Die zentrale Lage zum Strand und zum Bahnhof.Die guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Was ungünstig ist,ist das abgeben des Schlüssels.Man muss entgegen der Richtung zum Bahnhof ca 500 Meter gehen um dort den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten zu stecken.”
