Modern furnished apartment with its own entrance on the ground floor of an apartment complex in the city center overlooking the green garden. Checking in and out is keyless with a personal code. The apartment is a self-contained apartment with its own entrance on the ground floor of an apartment complex. With 56 m² it offers enough space for 3 people. This apartment has been recently renovated and modernly furnished. The apartment has a double electric box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sleeping couch (140 x 210 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped. As a welcome gift you will receive tea, coffee and cappuccino. A bakery is located across the street. The Rhein-Waal University is a 5-minute walk away.
