At an elevation of 800 meters, our holiday destination offers the perfect retreat for those seeking nature and relaxation, while also wanting to enjoy culture and activities in the surrounding area. Our cozy apartment No. 11, with a comfortable terrace, is located on the ground floor and can be reached from the underground parking without an elevator, just one floor away. For those who appreciate the silence but also want to be near hiking trails, places of interest, and cities, our complex is an ideal starting point. Comfort is ensured inside: The apartment boasts a generous double bed (180 x 200 cm), a practical kitchenette, a welcoming sofa for relaxation, a television, and a bathroom with a tub. It also offers a dining area for 2-3 people, promising cozy hours. A highlight is the sun-soaked south-facing terrace that invites guests to linger outdoors. The exterior of our complex offers a communal garden that invites relaxation and enjoyment. Here, you will find a barbecue area, comfortable loungers, a seating area, and even a small playground for our younger guests. Your vehicle is safely parked in the underground garage (space 11), though it is worth noting that there is no elevator. The proximity to local attractions such as the Bavarian National Park, ski resorts that are within walking distance, and cultural sights, makes our complex the perfect place for your next holiday adventure. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
