Our beautiful apartment in a quiet backyard in Berlin will be a cozy and comfortable place for you to rest and sleep during your stay in Berlin. Its a 2,5-room-apartment with 60 qm over 2 level, completely equipped with everything you need for both a short trip or a longer lasting vacation. There is one double bed of 1.8 x 2 m and a smaller bunk bed of 1.4 x 2m on the first floor and a double sleeping couch of 2 x 2 m on the ground floor. A balcony and terrace are part of the apartment as well. You have the entire apartment for yourself during your stay. There is also the beautiful Café Meana where we invite you every day from 2-10 pm. Supermarkets and several restaurants are close by, 2-5 minutes to walk.
We are offering a charming backyard remise for your trip to Berlin. A friend of the family will be your contact person and look after you.
Pankow is a large residential district which offers both relaxed ‘small town living’ feeling and great connectivity to the more lively neighbourhoods of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Parks for outdoor sports activities, and children playground are widely available as are quiet family friendly restaurants and cafes and daily shopping opportunities. The apartment is one minute away from the wonderful Bürgerpark. Supermarkets and several restaurants are close by, 2-5 minutes to walk. S-Bahn Wollankstr. is 5 minutes to walk, from there you can reach Friedrichstr. in only 10 Minutes and Potsdamer Platz or Alexanderplatz in only 15 Minutes . It`s a quiet part of Berlin and a quiet house and surrounding , so please : NO PARTIES! ! !
