Property information

Make yourself at home in this cozy apartment with balcony! This modern non-smoking apartment is perfect for up to 3 people. It is very easy to reach (by train, bus or car) and is very conveniently located. The 49m² apartment is equipped with 2 cozy 0.90m beds, which can also be used as a 1.80m double bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed. You will also find a 4K smart TV and fast WiFi. You can park for free and check in yourself at any time. The apartment is equipped with a decibel sensor to detect and avoid events and parties. An online check-in form must be completed before arrival in order to comply with the requirements of the Federal Registration Act.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is located in the "Oberzwehren" district of beautiful Kassel. This part of the city is characterized by the distinctive settlement area "Brückenhof" and is also the educational location of the University of Kassel. In the northern part is the "Dönche" nature reserve, which is ideal for walks. The city center and Wilhelmshöhe train station can be easily reached by streetcar in twenty minutes. The "Mattenberg" train stop is not far from the loft. If you arrive by car, you can park directly in the street for free.
