Welcome to my charming one-bedroom guest apartment, located in a beautifully designed architectural building with three units. It's ideal for long-term business or leisure stays and accommodates up to two guests. The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm), a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV (including Netflix and more), a Sonos sound system, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, and a bathroom. The balcony is perfect for outdoor relaxation.

Saarn ist ein idyllischer Stadtteil im Süden von Mülheim an der Ruhr, der durch seine grüne Umgebung und seine charmante, dörfliche Atmosphäre besticht. Geprägt von historischen Fachwerkhäusern und dem ehemaligen Kloster Saarn, bietet der Stadtteil gehobene Wohnqualität mit direkter Nähe zur Natur.
