This stylish flat in an old building is located directly at the Altmarkt and is therefore the perfect starting point for activities in Cottbus. - 53 m² - 2 rooms - kitchen - bathroom - bathroom with bathtub and washer-dryer - very well equipped kitchen + dishwasher - coffee machine for freshly ground coffee in the morning - fast Wlan and Netflix - all rooms with blackout curtains - spring mattresses for a restful sleep - an extra bed and a comfortable sofa bed (1,10m ) - easy and contactless check in - very good accessibility by bus and train

Directly in front of the door, at the Altmarkt and in the Sprem, you will find a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. It is only 3 minutes to the city wall and max. 5 minutes to the Oberkirche or the Stadthalle. A pharmacy and several bakeries are in the immediate vicinity. Also within walking distance you will find the Dieselkraftwerk art museum on the Amtsteich, the Puschkinpark and the Spree river, and a wide variety of shopping opportunities.
